We offer one-time deep cleaning, as well as Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly Cleaning Maintenance Programs. Rotational cleaning systems ensure that each specified area of the home is being cleaned to your satisfaction. Our WHC’s Cleaning Binder System gives the opportunity to control which areas are being cleaned each and every time our service is in your home. The WHC team is thoroughly qualified and trained to help maintain your home to perfection. Integrity, efficiency, and thoroughness are our highest priorities!

Cleaning Binder System

Each one of our regular cleaning maintenance clients receives a Cleaning Binder that makes it possible to know what is being cleaned each time we come. This system serves several purposes:

  1. 1. This gives you an opportunity to set the priorities for the day. We are in your home and we are working for you. We WANT to know your needs and concerns. We want to make sure we are meeting your expectations. It is important for us to customize and design an individualized cleaning program that will fit into your budget and meet your family's needs. That means if we need to rotate through some of the cleaning to stay in a budget, OK! Only clean certain areas each time we come, GREAT! Use special products that you provide, we will do it. WE CLEAN YOUR WAY! The Cleaning Binder provides you with a place to state concerns, expectations, and preferences to draw our attention to the places that are most important during that clean. We like compliments too!

  2. 2. The Cleaning Binder serves as a tracking system to help every team member know what needs to be done. We leave this binder in your home and use it to check off completed tasks during our visit. Deep cleaning is done on a rotational basis as needed. At a glance, the housekeepers know exactly what has been done in the past, what areas need to be cleaned, what concerns you have had before and where to focus their energies for the day. Basically, it provides us a paper trail so that we can meet your needs even better.

  3. 3. It also serves to help minimize human error. Let’s face it: we are all human, even your housekeeper. This system lets the housekeepers double check their work as they physically check off the maintenance tracking lists, ensuring the best possible job is done each and every time.

FAQs

Do you provide supplies or do I need to provide them?

We provide all supplies needed including vacuums, mops, and cleaners. If you have specific cleaning supplies or equipment that you like used, we can do that as well. Just leave them out with specific notes on where and what you want cleaned.


How many housekeepers do you send?

It depends on the job. Often we usually send one or two housekeepers for maintenance cleaning, but often for deep cleans there are three or more.


Will I always have the same housekeeper?

We do our best to maintain consistency with our housekeepers. With that being said, it is best that several different housekeepers are familiar with your home in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.


How flexible is your schedule if I want to change days, times?

We try as hard as we can to accommodate your schedule. Usually if given enough time, we will be able to switch times and dates for you with very little inconvenience.


How much lead time do you need to fill a request?

It really depends on the week and season. We are much busier before holidays, but we really try to have enough staff on hand to handle last minute requests. The more time you can give us, the easier it is to get you in on a certain day and time.


What type of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We can also set up an automatic withdrawal to be taken out of your bank account each month on a specified date. You can leave check or cash in the Cleaning Binder for the housekeepers to pick up at the time of the service. Please set up payment arrangements with our office staff before the date of your first service. We do not accept checks unless arrangements have been made through the office.


What about special requests?

We are happy to accommodate special requests or extra deep cleaning services. We may need extra time to fill these requests if they are not part of your regular maintenance program. Give us a call and we can arrange time to fill those needs on your regularly scheduled cleaning day.


Should I do anything to prepare for your services?

As your housekeeping service, we try to concentrate our efforts on the weekly, monthly, and deep cleaning tasks. Which is why we ask our clients to try to maintain daily tasks such as: dishes, laundry, pick up and organization as much as possible before we arrive. This makes it possible to get done all the things on your list in the time allotted. If we know you will need help with daily tasks, we will allot time for those additional activities.


Is your housekeeping team pet friendly?

Our housekeepers are very aware that pets are a part of your daily life. We are willing to help you with your pets when we arrive at the home to ensure they will be best cared for during the time of our visit (ie, taking dogs outside, putting them in kennels, knowing their names, etc). We need instructions about any pet needs before the time of service. We do ask that you pick up and take care of any pet problems before we arrive as that is part of daily maintenance on your home.


Do I need to be home when you arrive?

We would like to have an in-home consultation before our first visit, if you are not going to be there the day of service. Most of our regular maintenance clients are not at home during the service, but the first visit we want to ensure that communication is clear and expectations are met, therefore scheduling at a time when you will be at home is encouraged.


Is your company bonded and insured?

Yes, we take all responsibility for anything that happens in the home.


Is it appropriate for me to tip my housekeeper?

Yes, cash tips are appreciated. If you would like to tip our housekeepers with a credit card, please contact our office staff.
