"We moved from a rental house to a house we purchased. The company was quick to get in touch after I contacted them. Doug came out to give me an estimate. He's a super friendly guy. Everyone who I came in contact with was, actually. I set up a time and they were there just a couple of minutes early. We walked through and I told the two ladies that showed up to clean what I expected. Because it was a move out clean, I had a list that the landlord would look at for my deposit return. They addressed everything on the list! They worked efficiently and were done in no time. The place looked great!

The only problem was that the linoleum on the kitchen/dining room floor was dull and streaked. Noticeable when you walked in the front door. I called them up and they sent someone out to mop again. I don't know what the problem was, as they were using the same cleaner I'd been using on it. They didn't hesitate and didn't get upset at all when I still wasn't happy with the floor. What did they do? They brought over a steam cleaner and it was cleaned to my satisfaction. Seriously great experience. Thanks to all of you guys! I will definitely use them again and would recommend! By the way, they don't just do house cleaning. They clean ducts, and a whole lot more! I know it sounds like I work for them or something but I don't. I was just really impressed with the service."

They were both extremely professional and friendly. Doug offered me additional services such as anti-bacterial spray for the ducts, but absolutely did not pressure me when I declined. I happened to hear their conversation through the vents when they were downstairs doing the work; Doug was explaining how to get the best, most thorough results during cleaning. "Having a cleaning service is of course a luxury, and therefore I can be critical with it. I have always had a housekeeper, she was trusted intimately, and considered a member of the family. Sadly, moving forced me to explore alternatives. I Googled cleaning services near me and “Whole Home Cleaners” (Phame) popped up. I live in a unique home that is 130 years old. Therefore, and foremost, I needed the intuitive, “warm fuzzy” the confidence and complete trust had to be the spear head. As it is not a home where a team of migrant cleaning ladies can come and rush through in an hour. Each room requires a special touch, and a personal kind of care.

After the owner personally coming by, going thru the house, and giving me an estimate, I decided to go with her team. “WOW!” Very professional and accommodating. As a single dad - this was huge to me. It’s always fantastic to come home from work and the house is cleaned, stress-free. They do it all, and they do it incredibly well. From empting, the garbage can, to dusting the fine art. They even let the dog out. I had them do the pre- move in cleaning. I had to reschedule several times, Phame or Eric were always great about it and again, very understanding and accommodating. They are priced exceptionally well within their market matrix. Most importantly, they deliver quality, period.
